This is truly a "one-size-fits-all" category for motion pictures. If you've ever walked through a hardware store and seen a television monitor looping a demonstration of a product, or walked into a corporation's lobby and seen a wide-screen plasma display featuring that company's historical highlights, those are industrial videos. Back in the day, all of those 16mm films shown in schools about how doors, paper, or ceiling fans are manufactured are also industrial films.

By definition, a corporate-industrial video is anything that isn't broadcast on television, narrowcast on cable, and the people who see it didn't pay to get into a theater to watch it.

A perfect example of a corporate-industrial video is the Bowflex DVD. Bowflex shows their commercials on television, and potential customers call to receive a free Bowflex demonstration/showcase DVD.
